Designed to teach children the basic principles of exercise, empowering them to live an active and healthy lifestyle by focusing on the following components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy all in a fun and engaging environment.
Each session incorporates elements around bodyweight movements, light weight exercises & plyometric (speed-strength) activities (running/jumping).
At Lift Fitness we take kids fitness seriously however our goal is to help children develop an early love and appreciation for physical activity. By the end of the program, children will have gained experience with a variety of different movements and tactics, encouraging them to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
The program is $90 per term (worked in with school terms) or $85 per child if you enrol more than one child. Please use the siblings option at the checkout for this.
